When entering into agreements with Mileage Book, the customer accepts that all information from Mileage Book relating to the conclusion of the contract will be provided in Danish or English.

MILEAGE BOOK
Mileage Book is a system for collecting mileage data and handling and administration of mileage accounts. The system is composed of an app and a website, and data are stored on a cloud based server solution. Use of the Mileage Book is based on information from the GPS built into the customer’s smartphone. The Mileage Book app is available for iOS (iPhone), Android and Windows Phone. The app can be downloaded via App Store, Google Play and Windows Phone Store. The Mileage Book site is compatible with minimum the browsers Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox. You gain access to the site by purchasing a subscription via App Store. The Mileage Book app collects mileage data and calculates the customer’s approximate position by means of data from cellular, WiFi and GPS networks. Please note that GPS accuracy varies with the number of visible GPS satellites. In certain cases searching for all visible satellites may take several minutes with accuracy improving gradually during the search. Logged mileage data are transferred via WiFi or GPS networks to Mileage Book’s servers where the mileage data are stored. The Mileage Book site is hosted by Microsoft Azure, which has data centers throughout the world.
PRICES
Prices of subscriptions bought via App Store is available in the Mileage Book app.
PAYMENT
If you pay via App Store the payment terms of the App Store is in force.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The customer has a right of cancellation, i.e. the right to withdraw from the agreement without reason, within two (2) weeks from entering into the agreement. If you signed up to a Mileage Book subscribtion from the Apple App Store, termination is done from App Store by following the instructions

TERM AND TERMINATION
There are no ties when you enter into agreements with Mileage Book. All our subscriptions can thus be terminated on one (1) month’s notice to the end of a month. The agreement will continue until terminated.

The customer’s data, including personal details, will be deleted on termination.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The subscription and resulting fixed-term right of use are personal and may not be assigned or otherwise made available to third party. The customer undertakes to comply with the general terms and conditions.
THE CUSTOMER AS REFERENCE
The customer accepts that Mileage Book can use the customer as a reference, which will only be done in general terms.
LIABILITY
Mileage Book provides no warranty. Mileage Book’s liability is limited such that Mileage Book’s liability in damages can never exceed the payment made by the customer for the relevant subscription. However, if the term of the subscription has exceeded one (1) year, the amount of the liability in damages is limited to the subscription payment for the preceding year. Mileage Book will not be liable for any kind of indirect loss or consequential damage, including but not limited to operating loss, loss of time, loss of data, losses arising from third party services such as erroneous GPS data, loss of profit and loss of tax deduction. Tax deduction for mileage is often based on the shortest distance, which is not always the route chosen by the customer.
AMENDMENTS
Mileage Book reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY
Mileage Book will need to collect, process and store the customer’s GPS data to the extent required to offer the Mileage Book’s facilities. The customer thus accepts that for all units attached to the chosen subscription, the customer’s and the attached units’ GPS location data will be collected, processed and stored, and that Mileage Book can make these data available to the third parties used by Mileage Book to operate the Mileage Book. By using the Mileage Book, the customer and the attached units accept that personal information and GPS data may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the customer’s country of residence. GOVERNING LAW
Danish law, with the exception of the Danish international conflict of laws rules, will apply to decisions on any dispute with Mileage Book.
VENUE
Any disputes between the customer and Mileage Book may only be decided by Viborg Court, Klostermarken 10, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
